Janice has been a licensed agent since 2017, and prides herself on providing her clients with professional representation with integrity and accountability. Through her training, education and experience she ensures her clients are well informed and properly prepared for the processes of selling and purchasing real estate. She's committed to providing effective communication from start to finish, and like all of BREG's agents she's available to assist you with your real estate matters well beyond closing.
Outside of work, Janice enjoys spending time with family, and traveling to outdoor jazz/music concerts.

This journey and guide have been created for anyone who reads this story to be inspired that they too can be successful and transform neighborhoods into vibrant places where people work, play and live. Fusing together a strong faith-based background, along with educational and work accomplishments, Mrs. McKinnie, continues to expand her horizons, in Buffalo, NY where she resides with her husband and family. In 2014, she launched Developments By JEM, LLC; a certified NYS M/WBE firm, created to assist others with finding success in the world of residential and commercial real estate development.
